davidawarren:

Ben Tolman’s work, in my humble opinion, is engrossing, fanatically detailed, and without a doubt, absolutely amazing. I discovered his work maybe about a year ago while perusing through the millions of images strewn about deviantART. “Most of my work is in ink, but I also paint in oil and toy around with a variety of media. My ink drawings tend to be obsessively detailed and time consuming, but it is in the small details that I get the most satisfaction when making a work of art.” Usually creating 2 to 3 large (and I mean giant) works a year, Ben Tolman keeps himself busy. I wish I had such motivation for finishing my own artwork. I am continually baffled, sir.

p.s. These images do not do his work justice, visit his website to get a closer, more impressive look at each of his pieces.
