Sometimes the reason for anxiety can be other people, they drag you down and you get caught in their web.
But still you can escape.
If it’s your own web you’re caught in, you can’t just escape like before… You’ll have to look the fear in your eyes.

Hey Tumblrs, so a couple of weeks ago we went to see Julia Stone play in Bristol (at this awesome music venue on a boat), Julia was amazing of course but her support act, Ryan Keen was also really really good. He’s unsigned at the moment so thought I’d get the word out! He’s from Devon which is where I live (he’s from the same town as Ben Howard, if you know of him, Totnes). This is a video of him playing an impromptu performance in a car park! Watch the percussion tricks he does with the guitar!
